Meetings are cancelled when school is closed according to the

Fairfield School calendar or due to
inclement weather.

Schedule a Scoutmaster Conference
Scoutmaster conferences for Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, and
Star can be conducted by any Assistant Scoutmaster or the Scoutmaster at
a regular troop meeting.
Conferences for the ranks of First Class, Life, and Eagle must be
held with the the scoutmaster.
Send an e-mail to request a scoutmaster conference time slot.
Request a Board of
Review
To request a Board of Review,
send an e-mail to the Committee Chairman including the date
requested, name of the scout, and rank reviewed at the Scoutmaster
Conference.
