1. All equipment requests must be done two weeks before the camping trip.
   Two forms will be required- one for scout quartermaster and one for adult quartermaster.

The day of the camping trip

1. Each patrol must send two scouts (shanty boys) to pick up equipment on the day of departure.
2. The shanty will be open 1 hour before departure time and remain open for 45 minutes to hand out equipment. The shanty will be closed 15 minutes before the troop's departure time.

After the camping trip

1. Equipment must be returned the day of the meeting following the camping trip. NO EXCEPTIONS. Patrol quartermaster will make reminder calls to scouts prior to meeting. Any equipment not returned at the meeting after the trip is the responsibility of patrol leader till next camping trip.
2. All equipment must be checked in at the Shanty from 7:00 to 7:30 pm on the day of the meeting following the trip.  Do not bring equipment to the meeting unless instructed to do so.

Rules will be enforced. This includes adult patrol and venturing crew.  Contact the quartermaster with any questions or concerns about troop equipment and the shanty.
