Location
Cedarlands Scout Reservation, Long Lake, NY.  The troop will be at the "Seneca" site.

Our departure time has been updated- we will meet at the Middle School parking lot at 7:30 AM instead of 8:00 AM.

Scouts can register for the merit badge offerings listed on the merit badge schedule

Summer Camp at Assateague

Cost and Payment Schedule
All payments are now due.  Wreath sale credits were applied toward the cost.  If you have a question about how much you owe, please contact the fund raising coordinator.  In case of financial hardship, please contact the Troop Treasurer; no scout will be denied the chance to go to camp because of financial hardship.

• Medical Class 3 is required since this is a high adventure camp
• Individual Medication Form is required for the 2008 summer camp

Permission Slips
1. The standard permission slip is due together with the medical forms.
2. Trek Swimming Permission slip is on page 27 of the Trek Leader High Adventure Guide
3. Trekkers will also need to complete the Canoe Training Permission Slip

High Adventure Trek
A high adventure trek will be available.  Trekkers will be out of camp 4 days and nights so should not plan on doing merit badges.  To join the trek, scouts need to:

• be at least 13 years old on Jan 1, 2008
• be at the rank of 1^st class or higher
• complete a physical and ability training program detailed in the posted trek prep schedule
• complete additional permission slips based on activities they elect to do, including the training hikes and canoeing listed on the calendar page
